• We follow the Airbnb protocol for health, safety and cleanliness

• Must climb stairs - 3 Bedrooms and full bathroom (tub/shower) are located upstairs. Living room dining, kitchen and laundry with 1/2 bath are on the main level.

• There is a fishing pond on the property. Fishing poles and life vests are available to use. Fishing and water safety is at the guests' own risk.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM         Check - Out 11:00 AM

• Home has carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit
